The exact scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment Structure

Projects follow a staged payment structure:

  • Initial prepayment: €100–€300 (required before work begins)
  • Stage payments: typically €300–€400 per stage
  • Standard package: €1000

Additional costs may apply for extra features, revisions, integrations, pages, or third-party tools. All pricing will be communicated in advance.

3. Start of Work

Work begins only after the agreed prepayment is received. Payment confirms reservation of time and resources.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Deliver content and assets on time
  • Review work promptly
  • Communicate feedback clearly
  • Ensure they have rights to all provided materials

Hans Tak Web Development is not responsible for delays caused by missing content or lack of communication.

5. Delivery

A project is considered delivered when the website is completed and ready for launch, transfer, or publication.

6. Revisions

  • 1 revision round is included after delivery
  • Additional revisions are charged separately
  • Revisions must stay within the original scope

7. Additional Costs

Extra fees may apply for:

  • Additional pages
  • Custom features
  • Urgent delivery
  • Premium tools or apps
  • Copywriting or branding
  • Advanced SEO
  • Maintenance
  • Extra revisions

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for their downtime, costs, or limitations.

9. Cancellation

Clients may cancel before final delivery. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

10. Liability

Hans Tak Web Development is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party issues. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
