Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Website development is a custom service. Refunds depend on project stage and work completed.

2. Before Final Delivery

Refunds may be considered if:

• We cannot deliver the agreed project
• The project cannot be completed due to our fault
• Another valid reason exists

3. Partial Refunds

If work has started, deductions may apply for:

• Consultation
• Planning
• Design/development work
• Reserved time
• Purchased tools or services

4. Full Refunds

May be granted if:

• No meaningful work has started
• We cannot deliver the project

5. No Refund After Delivery

Once the website is delivered, refunds are generally not available.

6. Revisions

• 1 revision round included
• Additional changes are paid

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Domains
• Hosting
• Third-party tools
• Premium themes/plugins
• Completed custom work

8. Refund Requests

Requests must include:

• Name
• Project details
• Reason

9. Resolution

We aim to resolve issues fairly and may offer fixes, completion, or partial refunds.

Payment Structure

• Prepayment: €100–€300
• Stage payments: €300–€400
• Standard package: €1000

Additional costs may apply for extra work or features.
